- **After the sale:** Your written quote sets out materials, a timeline, a payment schedule, and warranty terms before any work starts.
- **What are your hours:** Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm; Saturday by appointment; closed Sunday.
- **Do you offer free estimates:** A free ballpark is available by FaceTime or text with photos; a paid site visit produces a firm number.
- **Do you do both wood and metal work, or subcontract one:** Both wood and welded steel work happen in-house, done by Dave, in the same shop, with no subcontracted labor on either trade.
- **Is there anything you do not do:** Attic pull-down stairs, and masonry or concrete stair repair.
- **Do you offer financing:** Not currently.
