Stair Company Service Areas Across the Portland Metro

Stumptown Stairs is a shop, not a franchise with a pin dropped on every zip code. Every city below is a place Dave and the crew have driven to, measured, and built or repaired stairs in: a real service radius from the shop, not a marketing map. Same crew, same in-house wood-and-steel shop, same paid site-visit process wherever you're calling from.

Core Service Area: 13 Portland Metro Cities

Thirteen cities, four counties, grouped by how often we're out there.

Beaverton · Scappoose · West Linn · Tigard

  • Beaverton (Washington County): Cedar Mill ranches meet Round-district infill; our deepest lead market.
  • Scappoose (Columbia County): farmhouses and acreage along Hwy 30, a top lead source outside Portland proper.
  • West Linn (Clackamas County): a hilltop former mill town, Willamette-neighborhood bungalows next to newer view-lot builds.
  • Tigard (Washington County): Bull Mountain view lots down to Metzger's older ranch homes.

Hillsboro · Sherwood · Oregon City

  • Hillsboro (Washington County): Silicon Forest growth, from downtown bungalows to Orenco Station.
  • Sherwood (Washington County): a small historic core ringed by newer subdivisions.
  • Oregon City (Clackamas County): End-of-the-Oregon-Trail bluffs down to newer Beavercreek Road builds.

Lake Oswego · Happy Valley · Gresham · Milwaukie

  • Lake Oswego (Clackamas/Washington County): lakeside character homes and Mountain Park luxury builds.
  • Happy Valley (Clackamas County): one of Oregon's fastest-growing cities, mostly newer view-lot homes.
  • Gresham (Multnomah County): Portland's largest eastside suburb, old Rockwood alongside newer growth.
  • Milwaukie (Clackamas County): streetcar-era bungalows along the Willamette River.

Tualatin · Wilsonville

  • Tualatin (Washington County): decades of planned-community growth around Lake of the Commons.
  • Wilsonville (Clackamas/Washington County): Charbonneau's 1970s golf-course homes next to newer Villebois.

Service Area Beyond the Portland Metro

Two more service areas, framed honestly: these are select projects further from the shop, not full-coverage territory the way the thirteen cities above are.

Salem, Keizer, Albany, Corvallis, McMinnville, Newberg, and the towns around them.

Astoria down to Pacific City.

One Site-Visit Policy, Every Service Area

Every custom quote, anywhere on this list, starts the same way: a paid, in-person site visit. Someone measures, checks the structure, and looks at the condition of what's there before a number gets attached to it. That's standard practice for every job, not an add-on fee reserved for far-flung addresses. Distance affects scheduling, not whether we'll come out.
